Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused NutriMill products in their original packaging, ensuring all parts and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
